We understand that plans can change. That is why you have the option to cancel your order within a short time frame.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can stop the order, where possible, before it is dispatched.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Unfortunately, once an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
In this case, once you have received the goods, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Refunds
If a cancellation is successfully processed, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.
